Dates and Rates for 2012

Early Enrolment Discounts

We offer a 10% early enrolment discount for bookings made before November 30th. You just need to pay the 50% deposit at enrollment, the balance is due the start day of your camp.

Payment

We will charge your outstanding balance to the credit card you placed the original order on unless otherwise instructed. You may also pay the balance by sending a check to: Fox Mountain Guides, 3228 Asheville Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC, 28768. Please include a note saying for who the payment is for, what type of guiding or course and dates of booking. Please make checks payable to "Fox Mountain Guides, LLC". There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

We employ an industry standard cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully, email or call the office with any questions before booking. We advise you look at 'trip insurance' (information below) to possibly safeguard your trip if you have to cancel or reschedule your booking.

• For our Summer Camp Programs, 50% deposit is due on booking, $100 of which is non-refundable. Full payment is due 90 days prior to start date. No refunds given for cancellations after 90 days prior to program start date, you will be charged for the full amount if you cancel/reschedule within 90 days. 

Trip Insurance

We strongly suggest you look into 'trip insurance' as this may protect you from losing your money if you have to cancel your summer camp at the last minute. We have done research and have had good feedback from clients that have used AIG Travel Guard. We think it is a prudent way to protect your course and money if you have to cancel your booking. Fox Mountain Guides, LLC will not sell, rent or trade your personal information collected on this site except as outlined in this privacy policy. Names, phone numbers, e-mail, mailing addresses, and other personal information are collected only as part of explicit registration processes such as requesting additional information or registering for one of our events. This information allows us to contact you if we need additional information. We will not make your personal information available to anyone without your express consent unless Fox Mountain Guides, LLC has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Fox Mountain Guides, LLC; or (3) enforce the agreements with you.

Transport

Our Summer Camps meet and finish at the Fox Mountain Guides Center in Pisgah Forest, Brevard. We can arrange to pick up and drop off your camper at Asheville Airport (AVL) at no additional charge.

Accommodation

All of our programs are based at our own property in Pisgah Forest, NC. Our programs stay in tent accommodation throughout the camp and our campsite has running water, bathrooms and hot showers. All camping equipment is included apart from sleeping bag and eating utensils (plate, bowl, mug, KFS).
